YOUNG FARMERS LIVING A DREAM
Our goal is to create resilient soils and animals while producing high-quality food from heritage breeds in a way that rejuvenates the land and communities. We want to be part of the solution that provides clean water and air while letting animals live in a natural environment and gives people access to beautiful fiber and healthy, great-tasting food.
We started our farming journey in 2012. We had both grown up in the country and after we got married we spent a few years abroad to get the wanderlust out so we would be ready to settle down. Farming had always been a dream for Jordan, and luckily Natasha’s family had farmland that hadn’t been used by her family for two generations. We are lucky to be the fifth generation to steward this 108 acre farm nestled in the beautiful countryside of Green Lake, Wisconsin.
The answer was grazing. We started out with eight head of cattle, four sheep, and land without power, water, driveway, fence, or buildings. We built everything from scratch. It hasn’t been easy, but we are proud to be able to provide you with wholesome food and luscious fiber.
